General

Each data subject can contact our data protection supervisors at any time with all upcoming questions or suggestions concerning this subject.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. Insofar as personal data are collected on our site (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses), then this will be on preferably voluntary basis as much as possible. No personal data will be forwarded to any third parties without your express consent except when necessary in the execution of a contract.

Sending E-Mails

There is no way to submit data through this website. Personal data will only be collected, if you provide them to us, e.g., in the context of a request. Currently, those data are still transmitted unencrypted, so that the possibility can’t be ruled out that even unauthorized third parties read them on their transmission.
Please be aware that there are inherent security risks in transmitting data, such as e-mails, via the Internet, because it is impossible to safeguard completely against unauthorized access by third parties. Nevertheless, we shall safeguard your data, subject to this limitation. In particular, personal information will be transmitted via the Internet only if it does not infringe upon third-party rights, unless the respective party has given its prior consent in view of such security risks. Accordingly, as the Web site provider, we shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a consequence of such security risks or for any related acts of omission on our part. We oppose the use of any available contact information by a third party for sending unsolicited advertisements. As the Web site provider, we reserve the express right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials. However, a complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.
However, it is possible to use alternative ways of communication that provide more security than e-mails (e.g. phone calls). The e-mail addresses and phone or fax numbers of our branches can be found here: www.durransgroup.com/contact/.
By contacting us, we will store the given information to facilitate current and future conversations. This includes names, contact information and conversation protocols. Such storage and further processing will only take place, if it is either for the performance of a contract between the James Durrans Group and you, for carrying out pre-contractual measures at your request, or for protecting legitimate interests of James Durrans Group pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit., f DSGVO.
Your data will remain in Germany and will not be disclosed to third parties: only the James Durrans Group and IT-Support Services will receive these information.
Unless there is a legal retention requirement, the personal data will be regularly deleted within 12 months after termination of the agreement between the James Durrans Group and your company.
